Where we started
LJS Construction Services Ltd is a family run building and masonry contractor. We began in masonry, and that is still the heart of what we do: brickwork, natural stone, hand-set arches and the kind of detailing that separates a wall that looks right from one that merely stands up.
Over time customers kept asking whether we could take on the rest of the job as well as the stonework. So we did. Today we handle extensions and conversions, heritage restoration, landscaping, garden rooms and groundworks — but we approach all of it the way a mason approaches a wall.
Being family run is not a marketing line. It means we care about long term relationships rather than quick profits, and that the people quoting your job are the people who will be on site building it.
